About First Lemon+AID
Our Story
First Lemon+AID was born from a love of community, creativity, and a desire to give back.
As a proud “fire wife”, I’ve had the privilege of being surrounded by an incredible community of first responders—people who show up, serve others, and make a difference every day. Starting First LemonAID was my way of giving back to the community that means so much to me.
Of course, we wanted to have a little fun along the way!
Creating our menu became one of my favorite parts of bringing First LemonAID to life. Each of our signature drinks—from Blue Line and CPR to MedKit, Pear-A-Medic, and 5 Alarm—was created with a playful nod to the heroes who inspired our brand.
In the winter of 2025, we took the next big step and completely remodeled our mobile beverage trailer. Designed for a more efficient serving experience and life on the road, our new setup allows us to bring fresh-squeezed lemonAID to events throughout Western New York.
Our Hero Wall
One of the most meaningful parts of our trailer is our Hero Wall—a growing collection of patches donated by the first responders we meet along the way.
Fire, EMS, military, law enforcement, dispatch, and other members of the service community are invited to leave a patch and become part of the First LemonAID story. Each patch represents a department, a community, and most importantly, the people behind the uniform.
Our hope is to watch the Hero Wall grow as First LemonAID travels throughout Western New York and beyond—creating a visual tribute to the heroes who serve our communities every day.
So, if you see us out at an event and you’re a first responder, bring us a patch. We’d be honored to add your department to our wall.

Inspired by the first responder community, we created First LemonAID with a simple goal: serve great drinks, bring people together, and use our business as a way to support those who serve others.
